Horsey Lightly solicitors is a respected provider of legal services along the M4 corridor, serving a growing list of “blue chip” corporations, smaller commercial businesses and high net worth and professional private clients nationally and internationally. Although expanding, the firm has always retained its personal touches.

The origins of the practice go back to 1891 in London. In 2000 the Westminster firm of Halsey Lightly merged with the Newbury firm of Horsey Bomer & Partners; further mergers followed, such as in 2002 with Landau & Landau based in London and in 2007 with Janes & Co based in Newbury.

The practice has recently restructured into five main business groups to provide an enhanced service to clients.

Over the years the practice has been recognised for the quality of its work and has regularly featured in “Chambers Guide to the Profession” and “The Legal 500”, a publication highlighting the top 500 firms within the country.
