Insolvency
Martin Reynolds, a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Team, is experienced in acting for and advising insolvency
practitioners, company officers and creditors in a range
of insolvency scenarios – both corporate and personal. His
experience includes cross border insolvency and the obtaining
of urgent remedies in the English courts in support of foreign
office holders.

Construction Disputes
Members of the team are experienced in acting both for builders
and for property owners in a range of construction disputes
arising from building works with particular expertise in disputes
relating to timber framed structures.

Inheritance and
Probate
Members of the team are experienced in both making and opposing
claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants)
Act 1975. They also have experience of disputes regarding
the mental capacity of the Testator and the validity of the
Will itself.
