Spencer Annetts
Spencer Annetts is our Plot Sales Manager and has a broad
background in all aspects of residential conveyancing (freehold
and leasehold) including part-exchange transactions. Spencer
has been with the firm since 1995.

Joshua Dear
Josh read law at UEA, graduating in 2002 before joining a large Oxford law firm where he gained experience in a number of fields. Now specialising in Property, Josh joined Horsey Lightly in 2005 and now leads one of Horsey Lightly's property teams.

Sandra Carter
Sandra joined the firm in 2003. She works in the commercial property department of the Newbury office assisting in a variety of property work. Sandra is currently studying to be a licensed conveyancer.

Rebecca
Stamp
Rebecca studied history at the University of Sussex and joined
the firm in 2002. She works in the commercial property department
of the Newbury office assisting in a variety of property work.
Rebecca is currently studying the Graduate Diploma in Law part
time at The College of Law in Guildford.

Jo Turner
Jo Turner joined the firms’ conveyancing department in 2003. In that time she has built up a large client base dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgages but in particular specialising in the acquisition of new build properties.

Louise White
Louise joined the firm in 1999 and has been a member
of our residential conveyancing team ever since. Although based
in our Newbury office, Louise deals with properties throughout
England and Wales – in particular, she has a large client
base in London – specialising in leasehold acquisitions.
