Jeremy Fitzgibbon

Jeremy qualified in 1988 and has practised in the fields of Family and Employment law ever since. In 2009 Jeremy took charge of running the London office and sits on the firm’s Management committee.

Jeremy deals with all aspects of private family law and in particular the resolution of financial claims following marital breakdown and disputes over children. He is a trained
collaborative practitioner and a valued member of Resolution.

Jeremy is a seasoned Employment Lawyer having conducted a wide range of disputes. He has considerable experience negotiating high value Compromise Agreements and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Married to a legal academic and father of three, Jeremy’s spare time is centered around family life. He is also a keen cyclist and enjoys film, theatre, and reading providing the diversions.
