Lynn graduated from Bristol University with a Masters Degree in Family Law.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1981, for many years she was a Partner in a leading East Sussex firm. During this time, Lynn gained considerable experience as an advocate, increasingly specialising in matrimonial and child care matters.
She chose to join Horsey Lightly’s Newbury office in 1998 to work exclusively in the field of family and matrimonial law, bringing her wealth of experience to an already-strong team whose reputation is second-to-none.
Lynn is also a collaborative family lawyer. This is an approach to find a settlement of issues acceptable to both parties without using a court to make a decision. Lynn has found that many clients prefer this process as they have a greater sense of ownership of the negotiations and the outcome itself.
Lynn is a Member of The Law Society’s Family Panel and is also an accredited specialist member of Resolution.
