Since being admitted as a Solicitor in 1974, Nicholas has practised as a property specialist in a series of West End firms before joining Horsey Lightly as a Consultant in 2003.
He acts for both local and overseas clients in the acquisition of a wide range of commercial and residential property for both investment and development purposes. A significant part of his practice is concentrated in property finance, specifically the taking and enforcement of security.
He has acted for a number of major lenders in this field, one of them for more than thirty years. Amongst his many leisure pursuits Nicholas counts acting and gardening (although not necessarily at the same time).
