Something of a law firm all-rounder, Claire ensures we maintain our high practice and client care standards.
Her role encompasses overseeing and maintaining our office policies, staff training and development programmes, as well as our accreditations, which are currently:
- Lexcel – the Law Society's quality mark for practice management and client care.
- CQS – Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
- WIQS – Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme, a best practice quality mark for advice on wills and estate administration that consumers can trust.
A member of the team since 2003, following her graduation with a BSc (Hons) degree. Claire joined Horsey Lightly as a PA within the Residential Property Law Department. Claire’s passion for learning has since seen her complete a post-graduate diploma in law, completing her training with us before going on to train in compliance, HR and aspects of office management such as risk, anti-money laundering, health and safety, recruitment, event management, cyber security and data protection.
Claire became PA to the Managing Partner in 2013 and Deputy Practice Manager in 2015, the same year that she assisted the firm in becoming Lexcel accredited. Not stopping there, in 2018 Claire became our Regulatory Standards Manager.
