Liz helps to ensure smooth transactions for her clients.
Liz has extensive knowledge of the many different kinds of residential property transactions. This, combined with her extremely good relationships with local estate agents and solicitors, and her practical and pragmatic approach to the challenging situations that can arise, ensure Liz is a highly sought-after member of the team.
Graduating as a fellow of the Institute of Charted Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2000, Liz has a wealth of experience to draw upon, which helps to ensure that all transactions for her clients are concluded in an efficient, confidential and professional manner.
Spending most of her career in legal practices, Liz finds legal work extremely interesting and rewarding. Building on her secretarial qualifications, Liz has since gained qualifications in Land Law, Contract Law, Wills and Probate and Landlord and Tenant Law, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Legal Executives. She also has a Higher National Diploma in Land Registration: Law & Practice.
Liz joined Horsey Lightly Solicitors in 2019, having previously worked for practices in Wiltshire since 2004.
Life beyond the office
Liz enjoys being at home with her family, two cats and well-tended garden – even growing some of her own fruit and vegetables. She also loves foreign travel and the opportunity this provides to catch up on her reading. Liz has visited many destinations around the world on various cruises; her collection of match books and boxes bring back wonderful memories and make fascinating souvenirs.
