Lynda qualified in 2000 having studied at Law School whilst holding down a full-time job in the legal department of a global oil company. She then moved in to private practice to broaden her expertise in commercial law into corporate law and transactional work, working in a Legal 500 firm in Guildford for a number of years before taking on her own department in a firm in Basingstoke.
Over the years she has gained a significant amount of experience in the motor and media industries dealing in mergers, acquisitions and demergers in both. She also has wide experience in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and related documentation.
Lynda is able to explain complex legal issues to clients in a jargon free style.
